4 Lab Tests

that will change your child's health

Treating Hormone Imbalances

Over the years, Dr. Roy has identified three key nutrients and one hormone that he considers foundational for optimal health. In his clinical experience, if these labs are abnormal, it’s almost impossible for the body to function properly.

The good news is that affordable and effective tests are available to guide us, and these deficiencies can be easily corrected with proper diet and supplementation. These improvements will truly make a difference in both your child’s short-term and long-term health!

Our 3-Step

APPROACH

At Mindful Pediatrics, we've developed a practical approach that takes our powerful M.I.N.D.F.U.L. principles and turns them into simple, manageable steps. We will guide you from where you are now - feeling frustrated and worried - to where you want to be: watching your child thrive again. Together, we move through three distinct phases of care: REVIEW, REBALANCE, and RECOVERY:

We begin with a comprehensive intake and review, including a detailed nutritional assessment and a deep dive into your child’s medical history, lifestyle, and symptoms. When necessary, we order advanced lab testing to uncover underlying imbalances, ensuring we have a complete picture before creating a tailored plan.

Next, we focus on restoring balance by evaluating digestive health, addressing inflammation and immune function, and providing targeted support for any ongoing symptoms. This step often involves nutritional interventions, gut healing protocols, and other integrative therapies to help your child regain strength and resilience.

The final phase is about long-term well-being, emphasizing foundational health, emotional resilience, and sustainable wellness practices. We equip families with the tools and strategies needed to maintain progress, prevent future health challenges, and support a lifetime of optimal health for their child.
